Response times

We staff support Monday to Friday during UK working hours and aim to reply to every email within one working day. Live-order issues (dispatched-but-no-tracking, damaged-on-arrival) jump the queue and typically get a same-day response.

Before you email

Where's my order?

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number sent to the email you used at checkout. Track it at any time at printhaus.store/track using the order number, or sign in to your account and view the order from your dashboard.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes — within the first hour after checkout. After that, your order is sliced and may have already been started on the printer, at which point we can't safely cancel without wasting material. Email support@printhaus.store with your order number and we'll see what's possible.

My print arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email a photo of the packaging plus the item to support@printhaus.store. We reprint and reship damaged orders at no cost, no questions asked. Our QA team checks every print before dispatch but couriers occasionally aren't gentle.

Do you accept commissions?

Not directly — we're a fulfilment service, not a design studio. If you need someone to design or model an object, the right contact is a freelance 3D designer (we're happy to recommend a few — email hello@printhaus.store with your brief).
