We accept .STL, .OBJ, and .3MF files. When you upload, our system automatically checks your file is watertight and print-ready. If there are any issues, we'll flag them and suggest how to fix them before you publish.
You set your own selling price above our base cost. Earnings are calculated per sale and paid out monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. There's no minimum payout threshold.
No. On the Pro and Studio plans, all packaging and communications are white-labelled to your brand. Customers receive their order as if it came directly from you. On the Starter plan, packaging is neutral with no Printhaus branding.
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 2–5 days for UK and Europe, 5–10 days for North America, and 7–14 days for the rest of the world. All orders are tracked.
We stand behind every print. If a product is defective or damaged in shipping, we reprint and reship at no cost to you or your customer. Our QC team checks every item before dispatch to keep failure rates below 0.5%.
Yes. The Studio plan includes API and webhook access so you can integrate Printhaus fulfilment directly into your own Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom storefront. Orders flow automatically without any manual steps.
